Equine Photographer
A Bit About Me
Kaitlin's love for animals is immediately evident in her work. Looking at one of her images, viewers can sense the vital force and personality of a horse. Her work enables us to understand the harmony and sensitivity that exists between animal and artist.
Kaitlin's love of equine photography was made known as a small girl. Kaitlin received her first camera at the age of nine and never looked back. Her biggest support was her grandpa, who encouraged her to keep taking photos. At the age of 21 she attended college in Miami, Florida at Barry University. This is where she gained a bachelor's degree in forensic and biomedical photography. She then went on to be a forensic photographer and autopsy technician for Travis County Medical Examiner in Austin, Texas. Even though this is her day job, her passion for photography will always belong to horses. Kaitlin has over 12 years' experience in photography and has owned Wildshot Photography for over 10 years. She is located in Thrall, Texas but can travel for a small travel fee. Book her today for a session.
